I have made what I think are among the last changes for the support page - sorry for the delay, I have been quite busy. Please see the bug report (http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=62488) for "official" comments. The new web page remains as: http://support.openoffice.org/tryout/ . I think that overall I have made the page much more readable, organised and attractive - though, of course, that all remains quite subjective.
