Hello :)I want to translate the left-hand navbar on our Vietnamese project site [1]. I notice the French team have translated it, so it can be done. Our users need the information in that navbar, and most of them don't speak English at all.
How do I access the file for that navbar, please?I'd also like to translate the horizontal navbar along the top. How do I access that file?
Thirdly, I normally use CSS, but I'm concerned that I may interfere with overall CSS for the OOo site. What can I use, without messing anything up? I notice already that table borders don't show.
