The Action statements you are referring to have been discussed to death over 
the last couple of months and I have spent hours at the keyboard re- 
explaining the reasoning behind them which is purely about marketing.  If you

The decision has been made on the content we are now finalising the  look and 
feel.  Randy's mockups are for an additional marketing message that leverages 
on hot topics of the moment
