There seems to be a small problem with the skin.
It produces HTTP Not found errors for files like
skins/myskin/bullet.gif
skins/myskin/external.png
skins/myskin/mail_icon.gif
skins/myskin/user.gif

I think the easiest way to fix it is to just copy them from monobook, the
problem here is that I dont have permissions to copy from the monobook
folder into myskin.
The other way is to repath the CSS to the monobook but seems like a kludge
hack.
