I believe that what you are referring to is the fact that the marketing banner is moved to the bottom. This is caused by the left sidebar that is by default enabled for all projects (only disabled for DomainHome (or DomainIndex...)) I don't believe we do need this sidebar for any of the pages at the www.-subdomain ... but on the other hand we do need the sidebar for testing other pages... (and this sidebar still needs to be styled... anyone?) I think we 'll have to use a temporary hack of hiding the side column for the main page at test.openoffice.org ... applying the switch at the collabnet level would interfere with our goal to also test e.g. the behaviour of issuezilla, and other typical project pages.
