Hi,

I've tried to draw up some next version of the support page. I think the
bad thing about the current support page is that we aren't making any
choices for the user. Help is scattered all over the place... that doesn't
help.

(please do edit it where you think editing is needed).

It is inspired partly by 37signal's basecamp help... though it has become
a bit more complex simply because our software is not really minimalistic
either :o
