Uh, my knowledge here is pretty limited ...

The "minitabs" elements certainly have some "hover" style associated
with them, which makes the respective tab appear when you, well, hove
over the "tab header". Something similar would need to be done when the
tab header is focused. Quickly asking Google suggests that indeed there
exists a pseudo-class "focus", similar to "hover". Which would mean we
need to duplicate all styles of the patter "#mintabs ... hover ...", and
replace the "hover" with "focus", in styleTest.css. Not sure whether
this works, actually.
