The old design had the mailing list name with dark blue background and
no background for View, Search, ...
I think the list name should be accentuated and work as a separator -
not the actions.
And no, this isn't a showstopper for me to use the site :-)

No I don't see this button, neither when logged on or off... probably
because I don't have admin access? Could you save the HTML of the page,
and mail it to me privately, or upload it somewhere?
