[website-dev] release is out but http://download.openoffice.org/contribute.htm still offers release candidates after downloading.

Hi there!
I think it doesn´t make sense that when showing the 
http://download.openoffice.org/contribute.html page which starts the 2.4
download to still have the box there that offers to test 2.4 Release 
Candidates.

Also http://download.openoffice.org/680 still says production is 2.3.1.
