did you check which solutions fits best? If the 6.95/month is
sufficient, I'd go for that, but you surely know better what you need
and which offer is the best for you.

Usually OOoES will go for about 3k GB a month.
If this goes through most of NLC then it could be around 30k GB a
month but I am not sure, I will need to know the numbers of the Phpbb
forum to have a better idea on the resources the whole community needs.

Hi Drew we are plannig on mounting a moodle site for OOo to provide
e-learning classes. Initially I ran this under
http://planetopenoffice.org/moodle/ and experience a big bandwith
consumption around 2.3GB a month which was more than what my plan had. So
expanding this through the whole NLC is a bit hard for me to estimate
this. For this reason I would like to benchmark this with other sites like
the Forums so we can estimate the badhwith and adopt a plan that will
satisfy it.
