Hi John, Thanks, I figured out what was wrong and it should be OK now - it wasn't as bad (to fix) as I had feared; this page does not display the log in field under any circumstance, so it didn't fit the conditionals in the template's if.. else if... end statement and thus a div tag was left unclosed for this page only (there could be others I'm not aware of but they will be fine now as well) and everything got piled in the header's div.
I'm going to have to write up some documentation about the CollabNet templates and the conditionals contained within so that these things don't happen again in the future.
