Basically you can turn HTML pages into a commenting site where users
using OpenID/Google/Facebook signup can login and leave comments on any
page.
i can see this useful on our API sites where there is no samples of
the code services and functions.
I know there is at least one Social Bookmarking extension that adds
Digg, Reddit etc. links so people can quickly add a Wiki page to these
sites. This isn't quite what you've proposed here though.
Also, I wasn't talking about the wiki but about CollabNet.
