Hi Omar, You may want to contact the people at the Extensions project [1], as they are the ones that have adapted the theme to Drupal at [2]. As for the theme, you can download the source file for the original openoffice.org site design at [3]. However, I don't think we've had a case yet where someone wanted to use the OO.o theme outside the project so please wait a little while to give people on the website-dev mailing list time to respond to this just in case there are any objections.
