As far as I know, the OOo Wiki and OOo Forum will not be affected by this "maintenance window" (ie no one has contacted the Forum maintainers or the Wiki maintainers regarding an outage). The main OOo website, and the sites at *.services.openoffice.org are not hosted on the same servers, so any outage on the main site will not (likely) affect them. I cannot speak for the Bouncer - I don't know where or how that is handled.
