I don't have Windows anything, so cannot test under Windows... but... I
can't imagine how it could be OS related.  I've tested now in Seamonkey,
Konqueror, Opera, Firefox and even the Linux native version of Google
Chrome and all work fine.... everything is rendered correctly in Page
and Preview views.

I've also tested with the FSCK Editor on and off in all 5 browsers... no
change.

If you think a screencap will help, send it direct to me, or put it on
an image host site and post the link to the mailing list :-)  I believe
you're seeing something odd... but cannot figure out why.  There are CSS
workarounds for the myriad of broken things in IE, but.. you would
expect a problem with IE rendering would affect IE only, not other browsers.
