I fixed the biggest issue with the Collections (aka Books) on the OOoWiki. Turns out it was a simple change... I moved all of the books into a new Category and all seems to be working again: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Category:Books
The extension authors changed (simplified) how the Collection extension picks up on a saved book, and the result for us is that the Category needed to be changed. Problem solved. We can now load and export ODT and PDFs. I've also added Docbook XML as a possible export for those that are interested in that format.
