there is no French 2.4.3 release but still a 2.4.2 release.
Look at http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/fr/
Unfortunately loading the 2.4.3 page is due to the website logic of the
one click download functionality which uses the variable OLD_VERSION
within http://download.openoffice.org/globalvars.js which is already set
globally to 2.4.3
The easiest way would be to forward users to the files at
http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/fr/2.4.2/
and to change http://download.openoffice.org/2.4.2/other.html and
http://download.openoffice.org/2.4.3/other.html to link the 2.4.2 files.
I've asked Marcus to make these changes.
Could you please correct the link to FR 2.4.3 download that doesn't
exist. There is only 2.4.2 FR currently.

there is a link to OpenOffice.org 2.4.3 under Other Versions. If you get
a FR browser, it leads you to:
