Hi all,

during a discussion on [email protected] we thought about reasons to include
the OOo logo with trademark symbol (R) in our website.

When these logos have been created, Louis told me that they should
appear at least once in every document / on every website.

Our main website neither contains such a logo nor mentions the fact that
OOo is trademarked among the other trademarks by Sun and CollabNet.

Should we replace our logo by the trademarked one [1]?
i would say yes

Do we need to add the trademark symbol to the modified logos for special
events [2] - by the way, we have a Santa Claus logo [3]...

i think yes, but probably it depends on the changes or additional graphical elements. No easy to say at least from my point of view without legal backgrpund

Juergen

Should someone point CollabNet to add OOo to the footer?

Best regards

Bernhard
