Ok, I've ran the maintenance script. The output is below. I've
collected the pages that were fixed and listed them here:

It looks like the mystery namespaces resolved correctly to the Main
namespace, so I don't see any issues there
All but 2 point to real pages or redirects. Several are in the
Documentation part of the Wiki.
I guess the next step is reviewing each page and flagging the redundant
and obsolete to be deleted.
