I second that. For http://sr.openoffice.org I would like to have an option to include Google Analytics code on every page, but have only some pages with the menu displayed. I would like to have an option to start from scratch and define all content on a native lang page. Usage of javascript for localizing global navigation elements at http://sr.openoffice.org hurts our positioning on search engines a lot.
