Yes, I suppose not. Still, one often knows the reasons for things one does not control, so it made sense to ask.
But search forms accept iso format.(YYYY.MM-DD)

I honestly don't care much about the date - I wonder what is your use of IZ that it bothers you :-))
Well, "bother" might be a slightly strong word for it. It's a minor annoyance when I glance at a history or thread of issue comments and try to sort relationships like time between comments.
