Sure thing - thanks for that, I've edited the page (further
suggestions are welcome). I don't think the placement is ideal - maybe
we could change that with CSS - i.e., move the Save/Preview/etc
buttons down, and then, using relative positioning, make the notice
appear above the buttons - what do you think?

Anything here is placed above the Summary field.
This content as we have it now is simply the default provided by
MediaWiki. We can change it to be anything we need for the OOoWiki
(what's there now is just a suggestion, not a required block of text).
