Hi, guys As Weex is created by a group of Chinese developers, and there are plenty of Chinese users / contributors for weex project and most Github issues of weex https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/issues <https://github.com/apache/incubator-weex/issues> are Chinese too. It’s difficult to get our users in China involved in the community, as written English in this mailing list is a challenge for many Chinese-speaking users.
Is it necessary to create a Chinese mailing list to get more people speaking Chinese involved? What’s common rule for official language used in Apache project’s community, English only? Or bilingual community is also fine.
