I totally agree with your idea about moving small and moving fast.

But considering the fact that it normally takes a week to go through an
Apache Release procedure, I think we can put x86_64 and AndroidX support in
version 0.30 , and Kotlin playground in version 0.31.

As my job has nothing to do with Apache Weex now, and I'd like to keep my
daily job and Apache Weex separate in the aspect of code, computer and
time, I could only write code for Apache Weex in weekends. I hope I could
finish the feature of Weex 0.30 before the end of January.
