This definitely could be added to the roster tool.  If that were done, it would 
be helpful if there were a clear statement from the infrastructure team 
relative to the positioning of these two tools.

forwarded to the whimsy roster tool?

Or will portions of the self serve tool (e.g., the entry and maintenance of the 
pgp fingerprints) be removed, with some other parts remaining?
