We now have a chair change resolution in this month's agenda that doesn't use
Title Case, so extra words show up in the index, title, and navigation links,
and won't be recognized by the board minutes collation routine. Additionally,
it has lines with more than 80 characters.
This JIRA would be an excellent task for somebody wanting to learn how to
extend the roster tool.... just saying. :-)
