Status update:
* link sending feedback to secretary post meeting actions (adjournment)
* show completed post-meeting items as complete instead of removing them from
the todo list
Link is now present; it needs to disappear after feedback is sent. A list of
post meeting items is now saved upon completion, this needs to be displayed.
