Steps to recreate (as a board member):
Navigation -> Queue -> Any report waiting for review.
The previous / next report links work until you reach the end of the list. The
next report link is for "Queue" which 404s. The link is:
https://whimsy.apache.org/board/agenda/queue
where it should be:
https://whimsy.apache.org/board/agenda/yyyy-mm-dd/queue
This is very easy to work around by using the navigation menu.
