Further to WHIMSY-171, it might be useful to identify external links in the
Whimsy GUI.
I assume this should be just a matter of adding the appropriate class to the
link, however there does not seem to be an external link class nor a suitable
icon in bootstrap.
An alternative would be to add explanatory text to the links.
External link icons are not standardised and may be confused with 'opens in new
window' so that might work better?
