I've just realised that the server includes mod_speling, so there is no need to
redirect ctakes to cTAKES for example.
(And the server adds the .html suffix).
So I think there are relatively few cases which need aliases (mainly the
display names which contain non-alpha characters such as space).
I'm not keen on switching to using the tag for the file names, because tags
only exist for the current set of PMCs, and it's a much bigger change to test.
