Yes, please! I just never had time to do that.
Note: we should ensure it stores initials and availids for all directors, since
there's been discussion in having preapps/comments be prefixed by availid to
make them unique. I'm +1 for making the prefixes availids, but that requires
separate work in the agenda as well as ensuring any regular users' browsers get
setup to default to them.
