Right now, when adding a comment as a board member in the tool, I can customise
my initials when leaving a comment. I like doing this - more people know me as
"wohali" than "jt," and when I personally use my initials, I use "jst" not "jt."
The tool could simply see that the field has changed, and persist that
abbreviation for the future when initials are called for. If no customisation
has been made, use the person's initials from the current source.
