Excellent question. Election monitors store raw_board_votes.(.txt|.json), but I
don't see the output of running the STeVe analysis on those votes in SVN in any
obvious place to give the official list.
As long as the update process for the service group is documented (i.e. so that
it's only changed when the board/Secretary legitimately request it) I'd simply
use that. Otherwise, the Secretary as organizational record keeper should
figure out how to store a 'canonical' list, if that's truly needed.
More to the point: is this (i.e. a list of director names) really needed under
the roster?
