Summary: Mailing list counts on (P)PMC pages should not include
archivers

Currently the counts of subscribers to mailing lists include archivers. As this
number may vary, it's not very helpful.
Either the archivers should be excluded from the counts, or perhaps the
archiver count should be shown separately.
