Sorry about that. It was Sally Khudari who recommended these changes be
made because of the missing VP role in plenty of places. I agree that
the text file needs work.
Tom still needs to be removed from the file if you didn't do that.
Also this seems out of step with the website; is there any way these
files could be better integrated rather than a warning in the file that
you have to edit both places at once?
