Might be worth analysing officers/irs-disclosures.txt?
Whilst the file is private, most of the information in it is in the public
domain.
(e.g. who is/was chair of each PMC)
The info could be used for:
1) checking that the file agrees with other sources such as committee-info.txt
2) listing former PMC chair holders in the board subscriber analysis
Probably there are other uses.
Initially there could just be a library method to return data from the file.
Maybe later create a JSON file with the public data in it.
