Due to a change in the ponymail API, there's no easy way to search all the
apache.org mailing lists currently. What would be really useful is if there is
a project selected to notify (ICLA filing), then a mailing list archives link
should be shown that links directly to the private@ list for that project. This
would simplify finding vote and vote result threads.
In addition, it might be useful to have a way to also include a search for
their name in that link, though private@ traffic is typically low enough that I
can manually spot the relevant email fairly quickly from the index page.
