Today, you can use the roster tool to show all mailing list subscriptions by a
committer.
I'd like to be able to query by mailing list, and show a list of all
subscribers.
Based on the roster tool, I am guessing this data already exists in Whimsy, but
merely needs to be rendered.
ACL should obviously exist, but I'll defer to others at what level that ACL
should exist.
