Each time I load the workbench index page, I get a JavaScript alert about a 500
error. Upon further inspection with the network inspector thing in Firefox, I
see that is caused by https://whimsy.apache.org/secretary/workbench/201908
Looking at that page, it looks like some sort of charset conversion error maybe?
