Might be useful to analyse mail list config data such as the flags settings.
For example, this could be used to show if a list requires subscriber
moderation.
This info is currently not readily available to moderators.
Some of it is documented on private@infra [1], however the mail does not show
all the settings, and some may have changed since the list was created.
Some of the data may be confidential, so perhaps the info should only be shown
to list moderators and those with apmail?
This would require co-operation from hermes, but it should be easy enough to
extract the flags in the same job as the subscribers.
