Whimsy currently restricts who can see the marker (*) that indicates whether or
not a PMC members is subscribed to the private@ list.
Maybe the (*) marker could be displayed to all PMC members?
However, I'm not sure if anyone other than ASF and the moderator should see the
email addresses that have not been matched against the PMC members. Perhaps a
simple count would be sufficient.
