The format of the *-authorization-template files has just changed:
https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-p6/pull/185 (requires login)
This only affects Puppet 6 at present, but presumably at some stage Whimsy will
either need to cater for the new format, or drop support for non-LDAP groups
(and whatever else relies on parsing the templates).
