reporter.apache.org is not a Whimsy tool, it is a comdev tool; perhaps this
Jira should be opened there?
Reporter does provide statistics, and the board agenda tool will provide you
with a convenient link to such pages. As an example, if you go to
[https://whimsy.apache.org/board/agenda/2019-12-18/OpenWebBeans] and click on
the info drop down in the top right corner, and then click on statistics, you
will arrive at https://reporter.apache.org/wizard/statistics?openwebbeans
