The current board agenda is generated from an .erb template which hard codes
the teleconference details for the meeting. These details are sensitive and
should be stored in a more secure place, and the board agenda template should
be updated likewise to use that file when creating a month's agenda file
initially.
Subsequently, the password for the Zoom meeting room should be changed.
