Yay! See also some of the existing common emails the board sends to PMCs:

Key questions for each are:
- Button name
- Workflow (in particular, is there any follow-up exposed in Whimsy, like the
"replies" link in the Comments section of the agenda tool)
- Where to store email templates, and the key %%mergefields%% needed.
Report next month would benefit from a clear and descriptive template,
especially if the tool could pre-fill how many months the project has missed
reporting, and included specifically when their usual reporting cycle was along
with "yes, really, report next month" reminder.
