Currently, when shepherds send out reminder emails they often add comments to
the various reports indicating that a reminder was sent. This can be automated
and improved.
The current board agenda tool subscribes to the board mailing list and will
scan the local archives for subject lines that matches the feedback emails that
the secretary sends out after the meeting, and will count the responses and
produce a ponymail link to the email thread in the historical comments section.
A similar scan of the archives could pick up reminder emails and insert a link
where this month's comments are (or would be) displayed. This will not only
reduce the work in sending out emails, but can also indicate whether or not
there were replies, and provide a link to that thread.
