The file foundation/members.mdtext is reserved for ASF members, however some
committers do not understand that an ASF member is different from a committer
or PMC member.
Whimsy should perhaps do a regular check to detect invalid entries and report
them, perhaps to secretary@? Or maybe even send an email to the person who
updated the file?
I don't think it is possible to restrict edits to members, unless the file was
moved to a different directory.
