It looks like /srv/secretary/tlpreq should be a checkout of
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/trunk/tlpreq/input
However, I could not find where this is set up, so I fixed it manually for
whimsy6.
Rather than have a permanent checkout, perhaps consider using a temporary
checkout as needed when updating?
