The proxy form says that it remains in force for (3) years.
The template states "act on my behalf" for $Meeting.
Which is correct? If the former, then I think the "who you proxy for" should
list *all* proxy forms that fall within that 3 year period. ie. Whimsy would
look back at prior years, and include additional lines for the cut/paste
attendance call.
If the latter is correct, then we should eliminate the (3) years language, IMO.
