I think a whimsy tool that allowed Members to do these things would be good:
propose board candidates
second board candidates
propose member candidates
second member candidates
accept board nominations
enter board nominee statements
As a start, perhaps I'd add the above "things" to the page

Also, we need to review the nominations page for PII conflicts...
